Based in New York, Han-Hsien Tuan serves the diverse needs of corporate, banking, and commercial clients. He emphasizes cost-effective pathways to resolving complex matters involving real estate, transactional law, and intellectual property. Han-Hsien Tuan additionally represented clients in nonprofit and asset-based financing.
Mr. Tuan completed his undergraduate degree in economics at Haverford College in Pennsylvania and pursued a JD at the New York University School of Law. As an associate at Haight, Gardner, Poor & Havens in the early 1990s, he coordinated all aspects of transactions, with an emphasis on ensuring compliance with government regulations. Mr. Tuan subsequently served as an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLC, and later became partner at Yi Tuan & Brunstein, providing counsel in a full range of real estate and corporate transactions. He also served as partner at Schickler Tuan, LLP, before joining Wong Fleming. Mr. Tuan is a Stuyvesant High School alumnus who has given back to the community over the years as director and treasurer of Friends of Stuyvesant, Inc.
